Arc spraying

Arc spraying is an economical and reliable thermal spraying process. Spraying materials are generally limited to metals and alloys and can be sprayed against a wide range of substrates. Applications include wear-resistant coating, structural anti-corrosion coating and wear parts repair, the future may also be applied to the field of sealing. Now the main aspect of the study of arc spraying is the research and development of tubular metal powder core. The current research work is focused on how to automate the spraying process.
